Working class: Boiler suit.

The collection: Priscila Welter Spring-Summer 2013
Hello dear readers!
Last season I talked about Priscila Welter's collection for Autumn-Winter 2012/2013, and this season it's not an exception because I'd love to introduce you to her new bag line for Spring-Summer 2013. Really colorful and cheerful bags for modern women or "real divas", as she likes to say.
Although Priscila is very fond of dark colors, she designed this collection while she was pregnant. She couldn't help but wearing vibrant hues so this "rainbow" is a logical answer to that feeling and that amazing experience. Anyway she hasn't forgotten fringes, which are part of the brand identity –once again the fringed bags, the Helens, are the best seller– , or the practicality of every bag –most of them can be used in two different ways–.
Vinyls, embroideries such as cross stitch, leopard print and quality leathers are some of the main fabrics she has used for this cool and ladylike collection full of rocker details like skulls and studs. La pasada temporada os hablé sobre la colección de otoño-invierno 2012/2013 de Priscila Welter, y este temporada no es una excepción porque estoy encantada de daros a conocer su nueva línea de bolsos para primavera-verano 2013. Bolsos muy coloridos y divertidos para mujeres moderna o "divas reales", tal y como ella las describe.
Aunque Prisicla es muy fan de los colores oscuros, ella diseñó esta colección estando embarazada. No podía evitar llevar tonos vibrantes así que este "arcoiris" es una respuesta lógica a su sentimiento y su maravillosa experiencia. Aún así, no ha olvidado los flecos, que son parte de la identidad de la marca –una vez más el bolso con flecos, los modelos Helen, son los más vendidos– ni tampoco la practicidad de cada bolso –la mayoría pueden llevarse de dos maneras diferentes–.
Vinilos, bordados tipo punto de cruz, estampado de leopardo y pieles de calidad son algunos de los principales materiales que ha usado para crear este colección cool y femenina plagada de detalles rockeros como calaveras y tachuelas. Dries Van Noten made her spring-summer 2013 girls look like Kurt Cobain and that is something you can't do without consequences. Then, Hedi Slimane did the same with Courtney Love in his fall-winter 2013/2014 collection for Saint Laurent. Two seasons, the same trend that is spreading everywhere with its main print: plaid.
Back to the 90's!

A pop of color: Winter color-block.
Good morning people! Do you remember the old times of color-blocking for Spring? Although winter is coming to an end (slowly, by the way) there are key places like NYC or London that are experimenting a second Fall. Winter color-blocking is not in total looks like it used to but in small doses.
